ALASKA CENTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

The Alaska Center for the Environment is a non-profit environmental advocacy and education organization dedicated to the conservation of Alaska's natural resources. Since 1971 ACE has worked to promote sound environmental policy and programs in the southcentral Alaska area and statewide. The Center includes summer camps and educational out-door programs for children and adolescents. There are links to many local and some national organizations, including the Anchorage Recycling Center, Alaska Sealife Center, Cook Inlet Keeper, and the National Wildlife Federation, as well as numerous volunteer and internship opportunities.
