KELMAA

Kelmaa, a Tok'ra, was summoned to Pangar with Malek in order to determine the cause of the genetic flaw that had weakened the production of the miracle drug tretonin, in the hope of finding a viable antidote. When it was revealed that the symbiote being bred in captivity for tretonin production was Egeria, the founder of the Tok'ra movement, Kelmaa sacrificed her life and allowed her host to be taken by Egeria instead. However, Egeria was too weak to survive, and both host and symbiote died shortly after providing the solution for the tretonin antidote that the Pangarans sought.
