KHONSU

Lord Khonsu of Amon Shek was an undercover Tok'ra who took on the role of a Goa'uld in the service of Anubis. He had collected vital information concerning how and where Anubis was getting his new technology, and to assure that his loyalties remained hidden, he staged the capture of SG-1 in order to pass on the information to them. Very few of Khonsu's Jaffa knew of his true identity, and when Herak, his First Prime, discovered the truth, he killed Khonsu and took command of his forces and his prisoners in the name of Anubis.
