LOK'NEL

Lok'nel is an ancient form of martial arts training practiced by the Jaffa. Teal'c is skilled in the art of Lok'nel, and he trained his neighbor, Krista James, at her request. When Krista's boyfriend became violent, she used Lok'nel in self defense and accidentally caused his death by crushing his windpipe.
