SEVAARIN

Ambassador Sevaarin was the leader of the Tiranian peace delegation following the global war on P2S-4C3. He arrived at Kelowna for the peace talks just as Anubis's fleet appeared in orbit above the planet, and he and Ambassador Noor of the Andari Federation learned for the first time of the existence of the stargate. Both ambassadors were included in the joint effort to defend the planet against Anubis.
