STAN

Stan is the Chief of Staff to President Hayes. On the President's first day in office, Stan outlined the crises demanding the President's attention, including a deposed African leader, voting irregularities, and a storm threatening the coast of Maine, just before President Hayes learned for the first time about the Stargate Program during his briefing with General Maynard.
