VELONA (P4X-636)

Velona's civilization was about 3000 years old when it faced a "threat from the skies." Orlin, one of the Others, offered the inhabitants the knowledge to develop a weapon to defend themselves, but when they used the advanced weapon for conquest, the Others destroyed the civilization to prevent disaster, and Orlin was banished alone among the ruins for hundreds of years.
