TRANSCARPATHIAN ROAD RALLY

The Transcarpathian Road Rally, a race that was scheduled to take place in Budapest during MacGyver's mission to the city, had brought a variety of cars to Boot Park from which the race would begin. When MacGyver reluctantly agreed to help Jana, a young gypsy girl, and her family to escape from Hungary, he stole three Mini Cooper cars, one red, one white, and one blue, from Boot Park. With traffic signals jammed throughout the city, the three cars raced ahead of the authorities through the streets of Budapest, along sidewalks, past monuments, into the Horvath Building, down the steps of the Church of St. Ivan, across the river, through the sewer system, and finally over the border into Austria.
