CAPTAIN HAGMAN

Captain Hagman was the ninth of the trial replacements for Daniel's position on SG-1 following Daniel's ascension. During the mission to P2X-374, SG-1 was chased back to the stargate and barely escaped the angry inhabitants brandishing primitive weapons after Hagman misinterpreted communication with the natives as wanting to smoke a peace pipe. Hagman himself was shot with a tranquilizer dart, and was later reassigned. Despite his short-lived tenure on SG-1, Captain Hagman was more successful than Captain Matthison, who lasted only two hours on the team.
