In an animated visit with Jay Leno on the Tonight Show to promote his upoming TV movie, "Beyond Betrayal," Richard spoke about his summer vacation with his brothers at their Minnesota cabin, he demonstrated his "love handles" for the audience, he related the story of how he was kicked out of the Boy Scouts, and he dodged Jay's questions about a girlfriend. He also exchanged banter with Jay's second guest, Pamela Anderson.
