SPORTS INVITATIONAL AT VAIL
January 8-10, 2000

Richard enjoyed two weeks of skiing with his family in Vail, Colorado, and while he was there he participated in the Vail 2000 Celebrity Sports Invitational. He competed in the downhill skiing events, winning both of his races in the Men's Downhill Slalom, and he was also on hand to christen the new Blue Sky Basin ski area. The event raised a half million dollars for the Waterkeeper Alliance to protect waterways and the environment.
