BLOOD OF SOKAR

The Blood of Sokar is a legendary and powerful narcotic that can cause very realistic hallucinations. On Sokar's prison moon of Netu, Apophis used the Blood of Sokar on Martouf and SG-1 in conjunction with the Tok'ra memory recall device, in order to conjure distorted memories and to extract information. Under the influence of the drug, O'Neill recalled an interaction with his son, Carter with her father, Daniel with Jack, and Martouf with Jolinar. The method was ineffective as SG-1 did not surrender to the hallucinatory images, an effect which O'Neill described as something that reminded him of the '70s.
