MOLOC

Moloc was a powerful Goa'uld with vast armies, although he was never referred to as having achieved the rank of System Lord. Thirty years ago, Moloc had decreed that only male children would be allowed to live, as only they could strengthen his armies and lead him to victory in the war of the gods. All female children within his domain were to be sacrificed in the ceremony of fire immediately after birth. In defiance of his orders, Ishta and the women Jaffa of the Hak'tyl secretly spirited the female infants away and raised them as warriors.

Ishta and the Hak'tyl also allied themselves with the Rebel Jaffa on Moloc's worlds which had grown to a mighty force and were preparing for war against those still loyal to Moloc. A summit of Rebel leaders was ambushed by Moloc's forces, and Moloc captured and tortured Ishta for information. Meanwhile, on Goronak, an uprising began as an army of 2000 Rebels marched on Moloc's temple. As Moloc prepared to crush the rebellion, the SGC sent laser guided missiles through the stargate, which targeted Moloc himself. With Moloc's death, Ba'al claimed the worlds of his domain.
