CHAZEN

Chazen is one of the inhabitants of P4S-237. Although most of the population no longer believed in the Goa'uld as gods, Chazen remained loyal to Ba'al and Lord Mot, and acted as Mot's spy. When Ellori sought SG-1's help to free his people from the Goa'uld, Chazen betrayed his people and warned Mot of the plans to move against him. Lord Mot was able to capture SG-1, but during their escape, Chazen sounded the alarm, unknowingly compromising Mot's plan for an ambush. As punishment, Mot used his ribbon device against Chazen, but Mot was shot and killed by Natania before Chazen could be killed.
