Jarren was Yu's lo'taur, his personal attendant and most trusted servant, with the highest rank among Yu's human slaves. Daniel gained access to the summit of System Lords in the Hassara System by using the Reol chemical to disguise his identity and impersonate Jarren so that he could attend Yu himself.
