ARTHUR SIMMS

Arthur Simms, the US Secretary of Defense, is an avid supporter of the Stargate Program. He visited the SGC to honor and recognize the SG teams for their bravery and their accomplishments in defeating the Goa'uld and rescuing SG-1 from Hathor. He also acted as the President's representative during the negotiations for the Protected Planets Treaty.
