Commander Tegar is a military leader among the Pangarans. He stressed the urgency of finding a source of symbiotes to continue tretonin production on Pangar, but was defensive and suspicious of SG-1, and cautious in negotiating the trade of tretonin for gate addresses to Goa'uld worlds where symbiotes could be procured.
