The tacluchnatagamuntoron, nicknamed the "tac", is a Goa'uld automatic remote weapon. It is spherical, resembling a shock grenade in appearance, and uses heat seeking technology to fire a focused laser-like weapons beam. To create an ambush or to establish a perimeter, several devices can be set remotely to allow for shooting from many directions at once.
