Into the Fire

03.01 Episode 45 (#6520)
Airdate: June 25, 1999

Trapped on Hathor's planet, Carter and Daniel can only watch helplessly as Hathor implants O'Neill with a Goa'uld symbiote. However, the blending is prevented when a Tok'ra spy secretly returns him to the cryogenic chamber. Meanwhile, Colonel Makepeace leads a rescue mission which succeeds in locating SG-1, but their escape through the stargate is cut off. Help comes from an unexpected source when Teal'c returns to Chulak and is reunited with Bra'tac. There they are joined by General Hammond, and together they plan a daring rescue that leads to the death of Hathor and the defeat of her forces. Part two of two.
